| With the rapid development of global economic integration,the number of ships is increasing rapidly.China has abundant inland water transportation resources.There are more than 5800 rivers with an area of more than 100 square kilometers,and the total length of the river is 430 thousand square kilometers.The huge number of inland vessels,as of the end of 2015,the country has a total of 165 thousand and 900 ships on water transport.How to reduce the energy consumption of the ship and the exhaust of the ship’s main engine(such as NOx,CO,HC,CO2,SOx,PM)has been the focus of research.The Inland Ship number,the ship is complex,the construction of the age,so the need for inland river ships emissions of host calibration.which does not conform to the provisions of ship emissions to be forced out.The main purpose of this paper is to study the methods and Strategies of how to carry out the carbon emission of marine diesel engine.The main purpose of this paper is to study the method of measuring the discharge of the main engine of the ship.It is mainly divided into three aspects:diesel engine emission test method,fuel flow measurement and effective power ship detection.According to the characteristics of inland river ships,according to the principle of convenient,rapid and accurate,it is recommended to use SEMTECH-DS gas analyzer and DLT-9500D type infrared gas analyzer to test the discharge of inland river ships.This paper introduces the function of each part of the fuel system of the inland river ship,the fuel system of the main engine,the fuel system of the auxiliary engine and the fuel system of the boiler.It also puts forward some suggestions on the choice of fuel flow meter for inland ships.According to the characteristics of the inland river ship torque measuring instrument,it is recommended to use the common ship torque measuring instrument.According to the actual situation of inland river ships,two kinds of test methods for ship testing are obtained:one is to test the ship discharge at the fixed place,and the other is to discharge the ship during the operation.Through the analysis of the exhaust emission factors of diesel engine and the auxiliary engine of the ship,the general algorithm of inland ship emission factor of main engine and auxiliary engine,and the statistics of related projects of marine diesel engine test,are given in this paper. |
