Nanjing,Jiangsu Province is an important industrial base in China,also one of central cities in Yangtze River Delta region.In recent years,the economic development of Nanjing has been vigorous,and the industrial development is particularly rapid.However,the prosperity of economy is accompanied by severe atmosphere pollution.At present,the atmosphere of Nanjing presents the compound pollution based on the particulate matter and ozone,and industry is the significant emission source of the atmosphere pollutants.While on achieving the Chinese Dream,the Central Committee of Communist Party of China puts forward the development vision to be powerful,rich,beautiful and advanced for Jiangsu Province.Naturally,that vision becomes the development direction and goal of Nanjing.Furthermore,the fine atmospheric environment is the basic requirement for the construction of "powerful,rich,beautiful and advanced" new Nanjing.Consequently,Nanjing is sparing no effort to promote its atmosphere pollution prevention and control battle and the industrial waste gas control is the highlight of this battle.Nanjing not only has a large industrial volume and rich types of industries,also many administrative districts.This makes the emission characteristics of industrial exhaust of Nanjing are complicated and depend on the specific district.Jiangning District accounts for a significant proportion of Nanjing in the area,industrial volume and gross industrial production.This means Jiangning District is the very important development space of the industry of Nanjing,however also the crucial district of industrial exhaust emission.Besed on that,research on the emission status of four main types of industrial exhaust pollutants of Jiangning District is conducted in this thesis with the accounting data of waste gas pollutants of Jiangning District in the second industrial pollution source survey,hopefully to provide basis or reference for controlling the pollutants.The major research contents contain the following aspects.(1)The emission level of those pollutants is analyzed with the application of emission load and emission rate.Through studying the source distribution of pollutant yield and emission load,the main sources of discharging those pollutants are determined.Also,the pollutant reduction condition of the emission sources is studied.(2)Analysis of the emission characteristics of those pollutants in the sub-district and industry.By studying the distribution of those pollutants in the sub-district and industry,the concentrated emission sub-district and industry are determined.And the reduction condition of those pollutants in the sub-district and industry is analyzed.Also,the comprehensive emission level of those pollutants is studied.(3)The fuzzy kernel clustering analysis of the industrial enterprises discharging those pollutants.The clustering analysis of the enterprises is conducted to find out the central emission enterprises and suspected scattered polluting enterprises.On the basis of the above research contents,the control strategies of those pollutants are analyzed.First of all,the idea on optimizing the environmental management system of industrial pollution source is discoursed.Secondly,the possibly feasible strategies on promoting the industrial exhaust emission up to standard are discussed.Thirdly,the idea and common technology on controlling those pollutants are analyzed.Finally,suggestions on strengthening industrial exhaust management of enterprises are put forward.
