Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Fault Diagnostic System In Dishwasher

Dishwasher can wash utensils automatically,it has grown up in the technology with the unceasing development,water consumption,energy consumption and noise are the main evaluation indexs.the rate of using dishwasher is close to 40% in major European countries,the United States is the highest with penetration of close to 60% in 1996;As the growing share of the products in the export market,the maintenance cost of the dishwasher is high due to various reasons,which is not good to the company product market share and costs.We investigated the maintenance process in Europe was,the maintenance person need to carry instrument before service and after-sale,it is hard to position the fault parts,they need to remove the dishwasher and replace components individually,the main design and implementation of the system can solve the following problems:As a professional dishwasher test instruments,they can runthe intelligent diagnosis function to locate the fault components;Using data mining technology,combined with the resistance,voltage,frequency measurement hardware circuit to collect the machine informations such as parts on the power,voltage,resistance,and signal;according to the input and output information of electric control board,the communication circuit of electric control board can read the input and output information of electric control board,diagnose the faults of electric control board information.We design the operation process by using the embedded system,displaying the function interface in simplified menu and troubleshooting process,provides easy-to-use operation way;we design the dishwasher fault diagnosis program by running intelligent diagnosis function,choose a best way to locate the fault components;Finally,the system is used in Europe platform model in Europe,they does not need to remove the machine but can determine and display the fault components,testing dishwasher parts and test the information of voltage,power and resistance in fault components,which solve the problem of lacking of professional dishwasher diagnosis tools in the industry.
