| With the popularization of Numerical Control Machine and the development of Manufacturing, the social requirement for the maintenance engineers has become more and more urgent. But because of the faults of NC machine are complex and various, it is expensive in time and poor in effect to develop a special train. According to this kind of status, we put forward a fault emulation teaching system of NC Machine based on database technology. This system has the character of man-machine interactive, fault emulation, contrastive demo and so on. It can improve teaching efficiency and reduce training period, so it has a brilliant future. The thesis focuses on following aspects:By analyzing the system requirements in structure, function and performance, the whole structure of system is confirmed. The teaching system consists of fault database, fault diagnosis and fault teaching, which are analyzed in detail.The concept of general fault database and special fault database are introduced in this thesis,which are used to describe common faults and special faults. By collecting the fault information of typical machine, the fault factors and natural status of machine are analyzed and compared, perfectly display the basic status of the faults. We also confirm the basic forms of fault database, as well as introduce an example to illustrate the design process of the fault database which is used in longitudinal automatic lathe.Some typical fault diagnosis solutions are introduced and a new method of fault diagnosis-ANNEPS is discussed, especially its diagnosis mechanism, basic constitution and diagnosis process.The thesis also analyses the main constitution of teaching module of system in detail, introducing its functions from construction and design process by sub-module.Finally, we make an analysis for the operational process and principle of the whole system, and introduce the application of the system by the demo of the fault emulation and examination train. |
