| The pre-baked anode is as known as the "heart" of aluminium electrolysis cell,the quality of prebaked anode will directly affect the production and energy consumption.Calcination,as the very first process,the technical control of it will decide the quality of calcined coke is good or not,which is also a key factor in anode manufacture.Therefore,it has always been research hotspot to study calcination technical control and optimization.Selecting retort shaft calciner(28pots)in Sunstone Co.Ltd.as the research object,this paper has deeply studied quality control,accessory equipment remodeling,reuse of effluent gas and gas treatment in real production.The influence of calcined coke property over the anode has been discussed and a systematic improvement method is mentioned in this paper.By the application of automatic proportioning,adjustment of calcining temperature and equipment upgrading.The fluctuation range of ash and volatile is reduced from 0.12-0.5%to 0.15-0.3%;The fluctuation range of calcined coke powder specific resistance is reduced from 450-520μΩm to 470-500μΩ·m;for the real density,The fluctuation range is reduced from 2.04-2.12g/cm3 to 2.07-2.10g/cm3.Moreover,via improvement and adjustment of technology,the anode specific resistance and air permeability can be maintained below 56μΩ·m and 1.5 npm respectively,the apparent density can be maintained beyond 1.6g/cm3,these boosts would make anode properties achieve national standard for the first-grade product and meet foreign users higher requirement,in addition,by using energy-saving technology,Carbonaceous damage in Calcination can be reduced from 3-4%to 0.5-1%,which enhance production efficiency observably.This paper has also studied the emission gas recycle,by utilizing the heat of emission gas,3600 thirty-six million kWh energy can be generated each year for daily use,which can also lower the cost of production.And by using desulfurization device,the emission concentration of SO2 would be controlled under 100mg/m3,which is in advanced stage of carbon industry. |
