The pre-baked anode is the core raw material of the aluminum smelting method through the aluminum electrolyzer.The high quality anode quality is the key to guarantee the quality of aluminum smelting.As the first process of anode,calcination plays a vital role.In the context of the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries to digitalization and intelligence,this article aims to let the data speak and realize the true insight into the meaning behind the massive anode calcination data.It combines data mining and visual analysis technology to help aluminum The factory can make scientific and effective management decisions in time.For the visual analysis of the production data in the calcining rotary kiln,the main work of this article is as follows:First,the original data of anode calcination production was collected using data collection and integration technology,and then the basic production data of the rotary kiln was visualized using visualization technology.For data with different update frequency,different periods and summary methods are used to display.In the visualization process,according to the characteristics of the business,we designed and realized line charts,box charts,heat maps,negative pressure charts,Pareto charts,statistical process control charts,and two-parameter scatter charts.Secondly,pre-process the original data,including gap filling and standardization.Based on the knowledge of data mining and machine learning,the XGBoost algorithm is used for regression prediction of calcined petroleum coke.Use the Graphviz tool to visualize the algorithm's tree-building process,and finally use Matplotlib to visually analyze the prediction results of the XGBoost algorithm.Then,on the basis of researching visualization technology,a large screen of key data display for rotary kiln based on Html + CSS + JS + Ajax + Echarts was designed and realized,so that management and process personnel can see the key data of rotarykiln operation in time,and also use The dynamic visual analysis method makes portraits of the rotary kiln.The XGBoost algorithm is used to calculate the important process parameter characteristics of the anode calcination.The "label system" method of big data equipment portrait is used to give the symbolic representation of the characteristics of the rotary kiln.Alarm and recording functions to improve the ability to interact with users.Finally,this paper develops and implements a visual analysis system for anode calcination production data based on B/S.The system mainly includes the functions of system management and configuration,data acquisition,data and processing,algorithm modeling and evaluation,basic data visualization of calcination and key data visualization of rotary kiln.
