The nineteen major reports of the party clearly point out that the further expansion of the energy saving and environmental protection industry is an important part of the work of the government in the nineteen major period.Environmental Protection Industry Park as the main form of industrial cluster development and environmental protection,promote the construction of environmental protection industrial park has become an important direction of the development of environmental protection industry,Based on this,many local governments in China have promulgated a series of related documents that promote the development of environmental protection industries and promote the construction of environmental protection industrial parks.It is of great significance to carry out research on the environmental protection industrial park,both at the policy level and the actual demand.Development is the eternal theme of industry research,research on problems in the development of environmental protection industry park,starting with the environmental analysis,the article first uses the SWOT-PEST analysis framework to carry out an environmental analysis of the environmental protection industrial park,and then analyzes the driving factors of the environmental protection industrial park from the four aspects of environmental analysis.Next,select four typical cases from the four perspectives of the analysis of driving factors,and analyze the cases in stages.According to the above analysis conclusion put forward some countermeasures to promote the development of environmental protection industry park.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which points out the background and significance of the research,briefly expounds the research train of thought,research framework and research methods,and points out the innovation of this paper on the basis of summarizing the related research status.The second chapter introduces the research framework of the article research,that is,from the four perspectives of environmental analysis,driving analysis,phase analysis and the relationship between the three aspects,elaborated the research ideas of the article.The third,fourth,fifth chapter is the key chapter,the third chapter use SWOT-PEST analysis paradigm of environmental analysis onenvironmental protection industry park from four aspects of politics,economy,society and technology four aspects;the fourth chapter extends the four perspectives of environmental analysis respectively,namely,from the four perspectives of government driven,resource driven,business driven and research driven,to analyze the driving factors of the development of environmental protection industrial parks;in the fifth chapter,from the four perspectives of driving factors analysis,the corresponding typical cases are selected respectively,and from the three angles of government behavior,operation mechanism and innovation network,the phase analysis is carried out.The sixth chapter is based on the detailed elaboration of environmental analysis in Chapter Three,the related introduction of the analysis of driving factors in Chapter Four,and the relevant conclusions of the analysis in Chapter Five.It includes three stages: the budding stage,the development stage,and the transitional stage.From the government,the park,and companies put forward proposals for the development of environmental protection industrial parks.The seventh chapter briefly describes the conclusions and limitations of the study,and looks forward to the future research of the environmental protection industrial park.
