Study On Mechanical Properties Of U-steel Clamp And Influence On Supporting Capacity

U-steel support is composed of different U-steel segments and the interaction between the U-steel lap section is to be completed by the clamps,so the clamp is the key part of the U-steel support.It can not only determine the shrinkage performance of the support,but also play a key role on support the resistance.Its performance directly affects the U-steel support bearing performance.Actually,the cable is easily damaged and invalid in roadway.In this paper,the failure the research object is the characteristics of clamp in Zhengzhou Coal Group.Firstly according to the collection characteristics of the failure clamp,analysis of mechanical characteristics of different types of clamp failure.Establishing a U-steel support bearing arch mechanics model,analysis of the distribution of U-steel support load internal force and the obtained overlapping segments of U-steel support is U steel support internal force concentrated.Clamp is a key component of force bearing lap section.Secondly,by using ABAQUS numerical simulation software for clamp,double slot cable and cable clamp splint surface model,analyzes the clamp cable components before and after the slip stress distribution characteristics,determine the failure reasons of cable clamp and weak links.Finally,the straight wall semicircle arch U-steel support of cable clamp effect of preload on the frame internal force and pretightening force of the bearing capacity of the support,through the numerical simulation results of the same type of clamp under different preload conditions of U-steel lap section resistance,different types of cards in the cable the same pretightening force of U-steel lap section resistance,and a combination of different clamp under different preforce respective bearing characteristics and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of superiority to the cable card.Through the field application of the haulage roadway at the 42091 working face of Pei Gou coal mine in Zheng coal group,good results have been achieved.
