There are more and more demands on the performance of mechanical accessories along with the continuous rapid development of High-tech and industrial modernization, as it was (is served in the condition of) used under high speed, high temperature, high pressure, over loading and corrosive medium. Since the parts are often damaged the surface, the surface of the partial destruction of the parts has led to failure. Metal surface of the material physical and chemical properties have a decisive on its many important use of performance, such as hardness, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance and anti-oxidation.Surface coating technology as an important means of technology functions coatings can be prepared to use very small amounts of material from the large, expensive materials as a whole the role played by, while significantly reducing the cost of products, improve product quality so as to achieve To extend the service life, saving resources and energy purposes.This paper applys the plasm law making Mo2FeB2-steel cladding materials. Plasm is that raw material are milled to the micron level powder. Through the In-situ reaction sintering the preparation becomes,whose thickness is about 0.1~1mm . It takes ternary boride (Mo Fe)/the ferric radical cermet as the multiple coat material system, and takes the pure molybdenum powder, the carbonyl powdered iron, and Fe-B gathered the diamond dust as the basic raw material, and the absolute ethyl alcohol and MEK as the azeotropy solvent, the glycerol trioleate as the dispersing agent, the glycerol and di-n-octyl (DOP) as the plasticizer, the cyclohexanone as both agent.It is demonstrated that the slurry was made with 3%PVB,and the performance of it had greatly improved .It can made a kind of uniformly densified, firmly bonded green body of the clad material with a controllable thickness is fabricated through brushing method. And Mo2FeB2 based cermets-steel clad material have excellent properties of metallurgy bonding with steel based. It also have supernal high hardness and fair properties of abrasive resistance,corrosive resistance.
