The Research On Pipeline Integrity Management

The safety awareness of people in industrial production has gradually increased with the development of society.Once the accident happen especially in the pipeline transportation of oil and gas,it will cause serious economic loss directly.And the accident will destroy the environment and ecological balance,even affect the national energy strategy and the stability of the national economy.Therefore,the safe operation of the oil and gas pipeline is more and more attached by the scientific and technical personnel,and pipeline integrity management level is also facing greater challenges.Integrity management is based on the changing factors of the pipeline enterprises to evaluate and identify the risk factors faced in the pipeline operation,and formulate the corresponding risk control measures,and continuously improve the adverse effects of recognition.Then pipeline operation risk level is controlled in the range of reasonable and acceptable within.Pipeline integrity management is the most recognized pipeline management mode in the world.Since the integrity management technology come in China,it has made great contributions to the economic development of China's pipeline transportation.It is of great significance for the safe operation of the pipeline to improve the standards of pipeline integrity management system and standardize the implementation details of the integrity management system.This paper tries to establish a scheme of implementing a complete management system and integrity,and to evaluate the management process and the integrity of the pipeline integrity state to take effective means of performance evaluation,to promote the safe operation of the pipeline.Firstly,this paper introduces the development background of pipeline integrity management system in China,and the development status and research trends at home and abroad.Secondly,in reference to the HSE management system and standardization of safety management system,the integrity management unifies,proposed the establishment of pipeline integrity management system of enterprise management mode,on the basis of the existing management mode of enterprise,emphasizes the integrity management of this concept,constructing the management framework the process of pipeline integrity management system,which combines the advantages of the three.On the basis of the above analysis,this paper analyzes and describes the scheme of pipeline integrity management,introduces the contents of the plan and the principle of the scheme,and finally draws up the flow chart of the pipeline integrity plan.Finally,in the framework of Chinese standard system,the pipeline integrity management system and program for the premise,the whole process of pipeline integrity and integrity management based on the dual index system establishment integrity evaluation and management performance,to determine the weight by AHP method,put forward the classification criteria of efficiency evaluation.And then establish the evaluation of integrity management model.On the basis of the theory of safety evaluation,the scoring method of integrity performance evaluation is determined.Application examples show that the double index evaluation system have the advantage that single index system does not have.It can better reflect the operation status of enterprise integrity management,analysis of their lack of the management of enterprises to promote the development of enterprises.
