The UV absorption spectroscopy,Infrared absorption spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,Mass spectrometry and Fluorescence spectroscopy are all used to chemical analysis.The Fluorescence spectroscopy is one of quantitative and qualitative methods to detection.The Fluorescence spectrum analysis method has a lots advantages just like the equipment is simple,easy to operate,highly selectivity,highly sensitivity.In recent year,the probe has been a great development in medicine analysis,chemistry,biochemistry,environmental monitoring and so on.In this essay the research was mainly including the following two aspects on fluorescence:(1)Depended on the complex containing Cu: [Cu(IDB)2]Cl2·2CH3CH2OH·2H2O [IDB=N,N-di(2-benzimidazolylmethyl)imine];[Cu(EDTB)]·2[C6H4(OH)COO]·6H2O [EDTB=N,N,N’,N’-tetrakis-[(2-benzimidazolyl)methyl]-1,2-ethanediamine] and the compound containing Ni: [Ni(EDTB)]·2(ClO4)·2CH3CH2CH2CH2OH [EDTB=N,N,N’,N’-tetrakis-[(2-benzimidazolyl)methyl]-1,2-ethanediamine],to observe the different relationship between some of the common metal ions(Na+,Mg2+,K+,Ca2+,Al3+,Fe2+,Fe3+,Co2+,Ni2+,Cu2+,Ag+,Hg2+,Pd2+)that were added in the complex solution and the fluorescence of the compound.Different king of metals make different effects.The effect of Al3+ on the fluorescence intensity of the complexes were different from the other metal ions.The others made the fluorescence down slowly.Depended on the theory and build a way to detect the Al3+.The reason for this phenomenon that with the addition of Al3+,the fluorescence intensity of the complex was gradually increased can be explain that with addition of Al3+,the NH connected with Al3+(N-H···Al)to enhanced the conjugated structure.The conjugate system is more stable,and decreases the electron transition energy,increase the fluorescence quantum rate.The maximum absorption wavelength to the long wave direction.(2)Synthesis the biotinylated ligand and biotinylated complexes containing palladium and studied compounds by means of Infrared Spectroscopy,UV spectroscopy,Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopy.The result shows that the biosynthetic ligand and the palladium containing complex has fluorescence characteristic.The maximum absorption wavelength of the biosynthetic ligand is 360 nm.The maximum emission wavelength of the palladium containing complex is 369 nm.
