| Recently,sulfur-containing Schiff base ligands and its complexes have drawn considerable attention due to their broad application prospects in the fields of ion detection,biological bacteriostasis,antitumor and fluorescent materials.Here,m-aminobenzoic acid benzoylthiourea ligand(L1),o-vanillin mercaptoaniline ligand(L2),m-phenoxyacetic acid thiosemicarbazide ligand(L3)and their corresponding metal complexes were designed and synthesized.The crystal structure type and coordination mode of the complex are analyzed,And discussed in detail the application of ion detection,biological activity and anti-tumor.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)M-aminobenzoic acid,ammonium thiocyanate and benzoyl chloride are used as raw materials to synthesize m-aminobenzoic acid benzoylthiourea ligand(L1).A family of lanthanide complexes,[Ln2(L1)6(CH3OH)2](Ln=Eu(1),Tb(2),Dy(3),Er(4)),have been synthesized and characterized by single crystal diffraction,IR,UV,DG and x-ray powder diffraction.The single crystal diffraction data indicate that the octa-coordinated complexes(1-4)are all isomorphic compounds,crystallized in space group P-1.Furthermore,complex 1 and complex 2 were used as an efficient fluorescent probes to detect aluminum ions in methanol solution.(2)O-vanillin and 2-mercaptoaniline have synthesized o-vanillin mercaptoaniline ligand(L2).The ligand L2 reacts with transition metal nitrate to obtain four transition metal complexes of Ni,Co,Zn and Cu(5-8),tested and analyzed their crystal structure.Interestingly,The S atom of the ligand in the complex part undergoes cyclization inside the ligand during the reaction,which is named L2a.Comparing the complexes 5,6,7 and 8 shows that the same ligands have different spatial configurations of the central metal ions under different reaction conditions;the complexes 5,6,7 and 8 are further studied 8 Interaction with BSA/DNA;and tested the cytotoxicity of the complex.(3)3-Formylphenoxyacetic acid and thiosemicarbazone raw materials synthesize m-phenoxyacetic acid thiosemicarbazide ligands(L3).Using L3 ligands as raw materials,four complexes are synthesized by using different bases The compounds are Zn,Cd,Co,Ni transition metal complexes(9-12),the interaction between the metal complex(9-12)and BSA was studied. |
