| In order to satisfy high speed,and overloading processing requirements,the application of static pressure workbench is becoming more and more widely.It has a great significance on manufacturing to improve rigidity,rotating precision of rotary table,machining efficiency and carrying capacity.This article through to key parts optimization research to improve machining precision of workbench,such as pad,transmission mechanism,mesa,and static pressure oil supply system.With fan-shaped pad as the object of research,do statics analysis,get the oil pad maximum deformation which is far less than the oil film thickness which it designs;do flow field analysis,found that oil cavity have obvious eddy current which serious impact on bearing capacity of oil film.And then changes depth and shape of oil cavity,analysis of the flow field characteristics,found that narrow oil cavity can significantly reduce the eddy current,based on this theory,using pad glyph oil cavity to replace original fan oil cavity with,reduced the incidence of eddy current,and improved the bearing capacity of oil film.This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the quantitative oil supply and constant pressure oil supply of the static pressure table,and designs an improved constant current hydrostatic oil supply system to meet the design requirements of keeping the film thickness constant at different loads.By analyzing and analyzing the different transmission mechanism of rotary table,in order to reduce the length of transmission chain and improve the transmission precision,the transmission mechanism of worm gear is designed.In order to solve the situation of the backlash of the worm and worm gear,a double worm gear transmission deflector mechanism can be designed to improve the smoothness and high precision of the rotary table.According to the existing table countertops,the static and dynamic characteristics are analyzed,and the bearing capacity and dynamic performance are obtained.Based on the static and dynamic performance of table,reducing its quality as objective function,to optimize its structure.The optimized structure satisfies the required dynamic and static stiffness requirements and reduces 3.8% by mass.In the CJMT assembly workshop,on the assembled table,the experimental modal analysis device was used to analyze the table surface of the optimized table.The experimental results were compared with the simulation results.The finite element simulation method is feasible for structural optimization design,and the accuracy of model is reasonable. |
