With the requirement of modern industry for machining precision, the common hydrostatic slide can not meet the requirements of high speed, high precision and heavy load. CNC and equipment performance is dependent on the performance of the key component, the hydrostatic turntable system is one of main coupling components of CNC, the dynamic static characteristics directly affect the quality and efficiency of machine tools processing, and it has a very important theoretical significance and application value for the hydrostatic turntable system structure and dynamic performance optimization of the study, It is also important to improve the working table of CNC, meet the needs of high machining accuracy and reduce production costs.Based on the research and development status, mechanical structure design and mechanical analysis of hydrostatic turntable system and according to the requirement of main technical index of large scale rotary table design of general assembly structure model of constant current static pressure large scale rotary table. The overall structure design of hydrostatic rotary table system is divided into five parts, table top, supporting system, oil supply system, driving system, turntable pedestal and and it analyze and press check calculation for the main structure with ANSYS static and dynamic.Study on the flow characteristics of closed hydrostatic guideway lubrication, oil chamber oil pad guide generally has fan-shaped oil cavity and oval. In the past research, the results show that the fan-shaped oil cavity than the oval oil chamber is relatively stable in this capacity, so we will choice fan-shaped oil cavity hydrostatic guideway in hydrostatic guideway design of the turntable. We also detailed analysis of the working condition of hydrostatic oil film. The establishment of the mathematical model and boundary conditions to simulate the internal static pressure guide rail and the guide rail of the three-dimensional flow, by using the CFD principle, the laminar model selection separation solver in FLUENT are solved using the finite volume method, the distribution of pressure field, velocity field and temperature field of the oil film. Finally, we build the different oil chamber number model, using ANSYS modal analysis, to study the oil cavity number on the turntable system vibration characteristics.In this paper, with the performance of hydrostatic turntable system analysis and research, the theoretical basis for optimization design and engineering application for turntable system.
