Nowadays, the ultra precision machining technology is playing a more and more important role in the process of national defense technology development and national economic construction of our country. The hydrostatic bearing technology is widely used in precision machine tools at the same time. As hydraulic system, the pressure stability of hydrostatic bearing oil supply system affects the performance of hydrostatic bearing directly, and influences the machining accuracy of precision machine tools. How to ensure the pressure stability of hydraulic system becomes very important. In this paper, we studied the supply system of hydrostatic bearing and the mechanism of pressure fluctuation in oil supply system, and on the basis of this, the paper mainly analyzed the influence of the main hydraulic components of the hydrostatic bearing oil supply system on the pressure fluctuation of the whole oil supply system, in which the parameters of each important component were analyzed in detail. Finally, the article used the system simulation to analyze the whole hydrostatic bearing oil supply system, and the key parameters affecting the stability of the system were obtained.First of all, the effects of different pump gear’s parameters on flow pulsation were analyzed based on the mechanism of flow pulsation of gear pump. The paper improved the traditional lumped parameter model of hydraulic pipeline, and constructed the simulation model in Simulink. The effect of pipeline structure parameters on the pressure fluctuation of the outlet was analyzed.Secondly, This article built the power bond graph of the DB pilot relief valve, then the mathematical model of the relief valve was determined according to the bond graph, the mathematical model of the relief valve was simulated by using Simulink, and the influence of the structure parameters of the pilot relief valve on the pressure stability of the system was explored.Once again, the paper constructed the mathematic model of the feedback restrictor-hydrostatic bearing system, and built the simulation model with Simulink, in which the influence of the system parameters to the oil supply system’s pressure pulsation was analyzed. This article built fluid simulation of the orifice restrictor with FLUENT software used CFD method, and analyzed the effect of orifice structure parameters on the pressure fluctuation of the throttle.Then, the accumulator mathematical model was constructed according to the working principle of the accumulator, which considering the influence of the accumulator entrance pipeline, and the simulation was made using Simulink to explore the influence of the accumulator’s parameters on the stability of the system pressure.In the end, the hydrostatic bearing oil supply system was built with the hydraulic professional software AMEsim, and the AMEsim simulation was used to verify the correctness of the mathematical model of the hydraulic components and the feasibility of the research method. The influence of the main structural parameters of the hydraulic components on the pressure stability of the hydrostatic bearing oil cavity was obtained through the system simulation, which was instructive to improve the stability of the oil supply pressure.
