| In the process of heavy oil recovery,the measurement of steam dryness,flow and other parameters are the keys to improve the oil recovery.The purpose of this project is to design and develop a set of automatic measuring and remote monitoring steam system,and solve the problem of real-time steam parameters measuring and remote monitoring.According to the requirements,the real-time monitor system has three layers,including the measuring system in oilfield,remote monitoring center and the remote user.The hardware includes steam automatic measuring module,temperature control module and data transmission module,etc.The software is developed based on LabVIEW,which includes the main control software of oilfield and the remote monitoring software of monitoring center.The online measurement of steam parameters is achieved by using a throttle device,and using an industrial tablet computer to implement the on-site real-time monitoring.Getting the real-time traffic and dryness of the steam by combining the internationally recognized single parameter model(Murdock model,Chisholm model,Lin Zonghu model)and the double parameter model(orifice noise model)with the static values and dynamic feature of the differential pressure and the temperature and density calculated by the use of saturated steam pressure for the dynamic pressure,which produced by the standard orifice throttle device of the steam injection pipes,and the pressure produced on the front board.Thus,creating a model for all kinds of steam measurement calculated with the form of LabVIEW function.In order to suit the extreme environment of Xinjiang province,such as extremely hot and cold,the system is designed with a temperature control module.The remote monitoring center receives the data from the field by the wireless communication between the terminal metering system,which is realized by the use of GPRS,and achieves real-time remote monitoring on the server by the data decoding performed according to the communication protocol.Then,releasing it with the form of web pages.In this way,the technical personnel users with permission can achieve remote monitoring by computer in office and home or by cell phone.Has been tested in the laboratory for many times,the designed automatic steam measuring and remote monitoring system proves to be able to run steady,calculate the data accurately,and be reliable in remote communication,which shows it meets with the need of field measurement.Also,its friendly designed interface suits the users’ operation habit. |
