The existing manual inspection of the remote gas wells of method productionhave alreadycan’t meet oil field information construction requirementswiththe continuous development of oil and gas field information construction process. In order to realize the remote real-time monitoring production instead of manual inspection methods of production with change the edge of the existing mode of production of gas well utilization of automation technology, wireless communication technology and multimedia technology.A set of unattended remote gas wells remote monitoring system design was proposed according to the edge of the existing mode of production in natural gas shortageto realize the edge gas well production and remote real time automatic monitoring.The system marginal gas production site has been transformed designed to fit the needs of gas well production and remote monitoring. On this basis, the system builds the data acquisition, equipment control, video monitoring, and wireless communication hardware platform. Data collected by the transmitter, data acquisition card and on-site monitoring PC devices; Device control by the control object, driver circuit and field monitoring PC devices; Video monitoring by the monitoring PC, network cameras and video servers and other equipment; Wireless communication has wireless communication module and antenna, etc. System well site collection to digital signal and compressed video signal and transmitted to the remote monitoring center by wireless communication, realize remote real-time monitoring.
