In the petrochemical industry,in order to maximize the utilization efficiency and the product quality of oil,reduce the energy consumption and save raw materials,in addition to the introduction of advanced control systems,refineries are required to have the well-matched monitoring systems and detecting instrument to keep the production process monitored and in the best condition at any time.Online oil-gas analyzer is widely used in petrochemical industry and plays an important role in normal operation of petrochemical enterprises.Most oil-gas Analyzers used in China come from abroad,not only their price is high,but also the adaptability is poor and it's difficult to maintain.In order to meet demand for high performance and low cost oil-gas analyzer based on NIR spectra,the main tasks of this project are designing and developing the oil-gas analyzer man-machine interface based on STM32F103 microcontroller and the experimental research based on linear CCD.The following is the main content of this paper:Firstly,according to the overall structure characteristics and working principle of oil-gas analyzer,design the overall scheme of the oil-gas analyzer man-machine interface,analyze the characteristics and the design target of oil-gas analyzer man-machine interface,build a development platform for the man-machine interface system.Secondly,according to the development requriement of man-machine interface,detail the desigh scheme of each part of man-machine interface on the basis of function demand,realize the USB communication between STM32F103 MCU and computer LabVIEW interface,RS-485 communication between MCU and PS-LCD interface,realize the complete man-machine interface system.Finally,overall debug the man-machine interface system.Then do a series of experiments on CCD data acquisition and lay the foundation for the subsequent spectral quantitative analysis of oil and gas in future.
