The Research Of On Line Detection Technology About Pulp Comprehensive Parameters

The particle size and concentration of pulp play a decisive role in the next step of beneficiation,including flotation,separation and dry.In the process of actual time beneficiation,on-line monitoring of pulp parameters is playing an important role in improving the quality of products and the optimization of control.Aiming at the problem of physical interference in the existence of single wave length measuring particle size,it needs to further research on the method of particle size detection.Now,a method based on dual wavelength laser grain meter had been proposed.And the experimental platform was set up.Aiming at the problem of large amount because of solving the multivariate equations.The inversion algorithm was used to calculate the measurement of dual wavelength laser particle size meter and simplify calculation.The overall structure of the project is: According to the Mie scattering theory and theory of the extinction method,the linear CCD sensor was driven by STM32 MCU.The hardware circuit and the processing system of receiving signal was designed.The experiment had been done aiming at the iron ore powder of 1~100 um based on the experimental platform and processing system.The particle size and concentration was tested comprehensively,which was can be found out the dispersion regularity of the actual mineral particle size distribution of scattering light,then the algorithm analysis was be done.The universal formula of double wavalenght was deduced by the inversion algorithm.The collected data could be drawn,processed,analysed,simulated,then got the pulp particle size distribution and concentration distribution values.The problem of large computation and physical interference was solved.and the innovation was from the aspects of the comprehensive detection online,a comprehensive thinking of online was reflected,for the modern optimization model.
