| In order to improve the adaptability of the elliptical vibration assisted cutting complex micro texture and solve the requirements of manufacturing efficiency and cost of micro-texture,the paper takes the manufacturing of micro-texutre as the research object and proposes the design method of elliptical vibration assisted cutting device are studied and the model and processing system for 3D elliptical vibration assisted cutting are established.The main contents and achievements of this paper include:1.The new design method of 3D elliptical vibration assisted cutting device is proposed.The simplest sketch of the device is designed by considering the arrangement form.Based on the simplest sketch,structure diagram of the device is carried out.According to the structure diagram,the model of the device is established.Then the output trajectory model and the model analysis and optimization of the device is bulit.2.The test of the 3D elliptical vibration assisted cutting device is studied.In order to test the output performance of the device,the test platform of the device is built.The tests include frequency response test,phase difference,output voltage test,displacement resolution test,maximum travel test.3.The model of the 3D elliptical vibration assisted micro texturing is studied and realized.The motion trajectory equation of elliptical vibration assisted machining is established,then the tool nose arc trajectory sweep along the motion trajectory equation,so the 3D topography model of elliptical vibration assisted machining of micro texture through the intersection between the sweep surface and target surface texturing.The influence of vibration parameters and processing parameters about the texture is analyzed.4.Three dimensional elliptical vibration assisted cutting system is studied and developed.The 3D elliptical vibration assisted cutting system is established.The experimental results show that the 3D elliptical vibration assisted cutting system achieves the desired purpose. |
