Study On Strategy Of Ecological Civilization Of The Communist Party Of China

With the continuous development of economic globalization,the natural environment and resources on which we live are being increasingly deconstructed.The globally ecological and environmental problems have been closely linked with issues such as international economy,politics,trade,human rights,national sovereignty and national security,which have become the focus of countries.The party and state leaders are highly concerned about ecological civilization,and vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization.The strategy of ecological civilization of the Communist Party of China is a gradual process.Based on the basic idea of Marxist ecological view,it is necessary to respect the laws of nature in order to effectively deal with the relationship between man and nature.The Communist Party of China’s ecological civilization strategy inherited the ecological civilization of Marx,Engels,Lenin and Stalin,and inherited and carried forward in Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping.The Chinese Communist Party’s ecological civilization strategy starts from the basic concept of "harmony between man and nature","Heaven and Man",and keep the spirit alive.The western ecological civilization affords us some essences,we absorbed it and made it our own.Such as,the western ecological value view,the western eco-economical view,the western ecological politics view and the western ecology priority views of Science and technology.We should put the technological advances and the development of both human beings and the environment in coequal and significant position.Therefore,it is the common understanding and task that to enhance the ecological construction and protection,and to accelerate the healthy,stable and sustainable development of society and economy.Since the 18 th century,from the basic framework for the formation of ecological civilization,the Party Central Committee has formulated many systems for the construction of ecological civilization,and the design and strategy are becoming more and more mature.It is proved that the construction of ecological civilization promoting the sustainable development of economy and society.It is the basic guide to the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society by taking the guide to the transformation of economic development mode of new industrialization road,but also building a well-off society and civil society must be the only way.Therefore,the study of ecological civilization strategy has a very far-reaching significance.
