Study Of Theory And Practice Of The Chinese Communist Party On Ecological Civilization

The Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China requires the construction of ecological civilization,it is another goal of the Communist Party of China after construction of material civilization,spiritual civilization and political civilization,i.e.the "three civilizations",and it is the inherent requirement to build a well-off society,a harmonious society as well as the fundamental way to build socialism with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,from the analysis of the history of human civilization development,human civilization has experienced three stages of civilization that is the primitive civilization,agricultural civilizations,and industrial civilization;the countries all over the world is rethinking about the negative effect of industrial civilization on the natural ecological environment and sustainable development capability,trying to explore a new civilization to replace the industrial civilization,and the ecological civilization came into being just in the trend of civilization development.Therefore,the construction of ecological civilization,not only meets the need of China's development,but also is in line with the objective requirements of the development of human civilization.A careful analysis of the forming conditions and the forming process of the theory of the ecological civilization of the Chinese Communist Party,an in-depth study of the characteristics of its contents,a sum-up of lessons and experiences learned in the practice of ecological civilization,and study of the measures of ecological civilization construction,all of these have the same purpose,that is to better grasp the law of ecological civilization development,and to promote construction of ecological civilization.Because the Theory of ecological civilization is an issue of political,economic, cultural and other fields,the interdisciplinary integration of many comprehensive studies of philosophy,natural sciences,sciences,humanities and social sciences,this paper,under the guidance of research methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,persists the opinion of practice,integrates the research methods of philosophy,political science,party history,sociology,economics,ecology and other disciplines,focuses on the subject of the Chinese Communist Party's theory and practice of ecological civilization,and carries out the analysis and argumentation from four aspects.The main contents are summarized as follows:The first part analyzes and summarizes the forming conditions of the theory of ecological civilization of the Chinese Communist Party,deeming the Marxist eco-civilization theory as philosophical foundation of the theory of the ecological civilization of the Chinese Communist Party,the ancient simple Chinese philosophy of ecological civilization as the root of the Chinese Communist Party's theory of ecological civilization,the practice of economic and social development after the founding of New China as the realistic basis forming the ecological civilization theory of the Chinese Communist Party,and the modern Western idea of ecological civilization as a scientific reference for the formation of ecological civilization theory of the Chinese Communist Party.The second part is a summary of the formation process,contents features,and practical significance of the ecological civilization theory of the Chinese Communist Party.The forming of the theory of ecological civilization of Chinese Communist Party is based on the economic and social development practice in China,it is a step-by-step development from the idea of resources conservation and improving environment,to a harmonious development of the economic development and population,resources and environment,and to the proposal of the ideas of sustainable development,a harmonious society,and construction of ecological civilization.The theory of ecological civilization of the Chinese Communist Party mainly has three aspects:First,political ecology.It includes the framework of the political system and the harmonious political relations at home and abroad,the sound ecological legal system,the smooth institutional mechanism,and the scientific management methods in favor of the development of ecological civilization.Second,eco-economy,includes the scientific goal of economic development,the mode of sustainable economic development and the eco-industrial structure.Third the eco-culture includes the ideology and culture of the harmony between man and nature,the ideology of environmental protection and environmental conservation,the healthy consuming habits,and the innovative theoretical achievements guiding the development of ecological civilization.The construction of ecological civilization under the leadership of the Communist Party of China is the premise for the construction of material civilization,political civilization and spiritual civilization,the foundation of building a harmonious socialist society;it conforms to the trend human civilization development history,and it's the great contribution to the construction of the ecological civilization in the world.The third part is the analysis and conclusion of the practices and explorations of the ecological civilization of the Communist Party of China.The paper posts an analysis of the lessons and experiences of the practice of the Chinese Communist Party on ecological civilization,from the aspects of the ecological awareness,the natural ecological protection,the economic development model,the legal system,the administrative system,and the social evaluation system,hopes to provide experiences for the construction of ecological civilization.The fourth part is a thorough discussion of how to further the construction of ecological civilization.This paper holds that to further the ecological civilization construction,it is necessary to increase the awareness of ecological civilization,to change the mode of economic development,to promote the legal system construction, to intensify the administration measures,and to build up a sound and comprehensive scientific social evaluation system and so on.
