Study On The Influence Of Key Parameters Of Brazing Layer On Mechanical Properties Of Pick-Shaped Cutter

Pick-shaped pick is the most widely used tool for coal mining machinery for crushing coal and rock. Due to the complex conditions of the underground mine, it can easily lead to the failure of the cutting, which seriously affects the production efficiency of the mining machinery. Carbide head off is one of the main manifestations of mining pick-shaped picks,and the main reason for falling off has something with the quality of brazing. Aiming at this problem, this paper studies the influence of the key parameters of the pick - shaped brazing layer on the mechanical properties of the pick-up by the combination of physical experiment and finite element numerical simulation. The main contents of this thesis include:(1)The paper analyzes the forms and causes of the pick's failure,as well as the characteristics of the picking process, and points out that the main reason for the early failure of the picking of the cemented carbide head is the poor brazing quality of the brazing layer;(2)Using the combination of Vickers hardness physical experiment and numerical simulation, the yield strength values corresponding to the material of the tooth surface are obtained indirectly, and a method which can obtain the mechanical performance parameters of the pick' s welded joint and areas difficult to measure has been established by the experimental hardness value HV;(3)The finite element model of T92.03AC pick-shaped pick is established, and the influence of yield strength of welded joint on the mechanical properties of the joint is simulated and analyzed;(4)The influence of the thickness of the brazing layer on the mechanical properties of the picking is simulated and analyzed, and the reasonable thickness of the brazing layer is obtained.The conclusion of this paper has certain reference for the improvement of the pick's manufacturing process.
