Cutting is an important way of machining in mechanical processing industry.The commonly used cutting methods are turning,drilling,grinding,bori ng and milling.The quality of cutting depends to a large extent on the quality of cutting tools.As a tool for deep hole machining,gun drill plays an important role in drilling field.The quality of gun drill is not only related to the quality of cemented carbide tool,but also by the quality of gun drilling.The quality of the brazing of the drill is influenced by many factors,and the most important factors are the temperature of the brazing,the heat preservation ti me for the drill,the selection and dosage of the solder,the collocation of the brazing agent,and the performance of the brazed base material,etc.Dalian Jerry Tool technologies AG has studied some factors affecting the quality of the brazing of the gun drill.In this paper,the influence of the amount of the filler metal and the elements of the brazing material on the torque of the gun drill joint and the hard degree of the hard alloy gun bit have been studied with the help of the Dalian Jerry Tool technologies AG.First,this paper analyzes the brazing property of the gun drill,discusses some factors that affect the quality of the brazing of the gun drill,then studies the brazing of the gun from the a mount of the solder and the content of the trace elements in the brazing material,and designs the experiment,carries out the torque measurement and the hardness measurement of the experimental samples.The torque measured data shows that the torque value that the brazing sample can bear is increasing and the growth speed slows down gradually in the range of the brazing sample,in which the samples brazed by the BAg24 type solder can bear the maximum torque,but the growth rate is slow.The hardness data indicate that the hardness of cemented carbide gun drill head increases and decreases with the increase of filler content.The experiment shows that in the brazing production of the hard alloy gun drill,the a mount of the filler metal and the content of the elements in the filler metal can affect the torque of the gun drill joint and the hardness of the hard alloy gun bit.After research and analysis,the existence of Co element,C element and Fe element in the solder can affect the torque of brazing joint and hardness of hard alloy.The Co element,C element and Fe element of proper mass fraction can improve the quality of brazing and improve the service life of the drill. |
