Study On Brazing Of Rare Earths Aluminum Lithium Alloy | | Posted on:2003-05-10 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:L Ceng | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2121360095461023 | Subject:Materials Processing Engineering | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | The systematic and deep-going researches on brazing of 2090Ce alloy, one of the new type metallic material with lower density and higher intensity have been undertaken in this paper.The optimum parameters of brazing of 2090Ce alloy in furnace brazing and vacuum brazing conditions have been provided through the researches of brazing fluxes and brazing filler metals(HL401 and Al-Ge-Si). A controlling model of brazement structure pattern and a controlling model of base metal solution depth have been established. So this paper provides a new way in choosing optimum parameters, brazing fluxes and brazing gaps.The experimental results indicate that the temperature is key to the brazing joint of 2090Ce alloy. The performance of brazing joint can be improved to adjust the components of brazing fluxes. The research indicate that the performance of brazing joint using Al-Ge-Si brazing filler metal precedes to the one using HL401 brazing filler metal. And the main reason is that brittle compound such as Cu2Al is not appeared in brazing joint.
