Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of industrial modernization,the problem of environment pollution has become more and more serious,which is not only harmful to human health but also impede the sustainable development of economy.Therefore,recent years have witnessed the boost of various electrostatic dust removal technology,among which those of high efficiency,less power loss and smaller size as well as many other updated advantages have earned more favor.As is known,the working effect of the electrostatic dust removal equipment is determined by the power supply,then the optimization of the ESP power supply,can improve the efficiency of the ESP,and also reduce the negative impact on power grid.This paper firstly illustrated the designation of a kind of high power and high frequency electrostatic precipitator power supply device which was jointly developed by Zhenjiang Tianli transformer factory and us based on the support of “Jiangsu province science and technology support project”,and then,a new control strategy-PSFM was introduced which helps to improve the overall performance of the power system.The specific contents are as follows:First of all,the paper describes the system structure of high frequency power supply for electrostatic dust removal,and illustrates the design and model selection of the high voltage main circuit and control circuit.At the same time,the paper integrates the design of the analog electronic circuit with the digital electronic circuit,and uses the TMS320F28335 DSP chip and the programmable device FPGA to update the original control system,aiming to enhance the overall performance of the high frequency power supply for ESP.Secondly,this paper introduces the software design process of high frequency power supply control system of the main program,as well of each link.Furthermore,it elaborates the principle and implementation of the voltage control strategy and the spark control strategy,and then set up a complete system.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the working process of LCC converter,and focuses on describing the establishment of the mathematical modeling of LCC converter by using the harmonic analysis method in continuous mode.Based on the technical indexes of actual engineering,an engineering application of LCC parameters is designed and simulated.Lastly,this paper introduces a new control strategy of LCC(PSFM),and the principle and stability analysis and implementation are also illustrated in detail.Furthermore,PSFM is verified by simulation and the experiment system.The achievement of this paper-The high frequency electrostatic precipitator power supply equipment has past the load test during the cooperation with the enterprise.What’s more,its working performance has reached the design requirement and this system has already been applied and run well in Dalian thermal power factory for a long time.
