A Study On The Construction Of Rural Ecological Civilization In China

Since the mid-20 th century,environmental issues have gradually become a global problem.After the reform and opening up,with the ever-changing economic development,China’s environmental problems are becoming more and more prominent,the party and state leaders are increasingly concerned about environmental issues,and have introduced some policies and strategies to increase environmental protection efforts.In 2012,Hu Jintao in the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the "economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction,ecological civilization construction" five overall layout.This general layout of the construction of ecological civilization referred to the height of the national strategy,ecological civilization has become a well-off society,one of the overall goal.With the reform and opening up,China’s rural economy has developed rapidly,but also brought the results of China’s rural ecological environment deterioration.Although the state has been to promote rural ecological and environmental protection,and get some good results,but the situation is still not optimistic.This paper is in this context,the construction of rural ecological civilization in China to make some research.This article from the following four parts of China’s rural ecological civilization construction issues are described.The first part introduces the background and significance of the topic,the research status at home and abroad and the purpose and method of the research.The second part is the theoretical source of the construction of rural ecological civilization in our country.It mainly expounds the exploration of Marx and Engels’ ecological view,ecological Marxism,ecological civilization concept and the theory of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics.The third chapter is the problem part of the construction of rural ecological civilization in our country,which mainly expounds the problems existing in the construction of rural ecological civilization in our country.These problems include the problem of environmental pollution in rural areas of our country,the problem of weak farmers’ ecological consciousness,the problem of legal system is imperfect,the problem of the government does not attach importance to ecological and the problem of rural ecological destruction.The fourth chapter is the real path part of the construction of rural ecological civilization in our country,mainly expounded the realistic path of rural ecological civilization construction in our country.These practical paths mainly enhance the farmers’ ecological consciousness,develop modern agriculture,promote the ecological development of agriculture,strengthen the construction of laws and regulations system,play the leading role of the government,and perfect the development of township enterprises.
