Study On Ecological Red Line Division Of Yuanjiang River Basin In Guizhou

Along with the rapid economic development of Guizhou Province,the environmental condition in Guizhou province.Guizhou province water resources and water environment situation is increasingly serious,serious soil erosion,desertification increasing,endangered species are reduced,it is urgent to strengthen ecological protection,has affected the sustainable development of Guizhou normal health,division of ecological red line protection area has become Guizhou the primary task of province.The study,taking the Yuanjiang River Basin as the research object,evaluated the importance of water conservation function and the importance of biodiversity conservation,the importance of soil conservation function and the sensitivity of soil erosion and the sensitivity of rocky desertification.The paper combined with the prohibition of the development area,the geographic information system software platform,between remote sensing information extraction,grid computing and overlay analysis and the factors of coordination and restriction analysis,draw the Yuanjiang basin overall ecological red line.Based on the analysis of the specific geographical conditions of Yuanjiang River Basin,thecorresponding measures are putforward.This study is divided into six categories of ecological protection red line,which has a total of 244 regions,with a total area of 19218.59km2,accounting for 63.72% of the entire basin.One of the largest red line area for the diversity of red line area,the area is 8113.48km2,the smallest is the rocky desertification red area of 8.64km2.Because of the special geographical environment of the Yuanjiang River Basin,the main ecological red line area is relatively large,and the ecological red line in the Yuanjiang river basin is mostly in the middle and lower reaches of the nature reserve.The ecological red Yuanjiang river basin management,should adopt the hierarchical classification of effective management mode,establish a real-time dynamic supervision mode,improve the ecological environment and the change of economic structure,restricting access system,strictly prohibited the destruction of the ecological environment in Yuanjiang River basin.Let the ecological red line become insurmountable environmental protection bottom line.
