Yunnan Yuanjiang Nature Reserve Ecological Assets Value Assessment

Since its long-term development,the value of ecological assets as the basis of economic development has been neglected by people,thus leading to serious waste of resources and deterioration of ecological environment,ecological security has been seriously challenged,and people increasingly need high-quality ecological products to meet their production and living needs.2021 In April,"Opinions on Establishing a Sound Mechanism for Realizing the Value of Ecological Products" by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council was released,proposing that by 2025,a complete system should be basically constructed;by 2035,a sound mechanism for realizing ecological benefits should be fully formed.Establishing a mechanism for realizing the value of ecological products and accurately measuring the value of ecological resources requires establishing a mechanism for collecting information and monitoring,launching a background survey of information related to ecological products,improving the standards of the accounting system,promoting the application and use of accounting results,and applying the results to public decision-making and performance analysis and evaluation.The establishment of nature reserves can be an important measure to effectively protect natural resources,biodiversity and the ecological environment;however,due to the decline in environmental awareness,many people are often unaware of the role of nature reserves and do not realize what conservation measures should be taken for them to be sustainable in the long term.There are huge natural capital values and ecosystem service values within nature reserves,and their values have multiple expressions,but these values are not yet widely realized.The province of Yunnan has a large forest area and abundant forest resources,but the overall quality is average and the stability of the ecosystem is poor.It is an inevitable demand for economic development to speed up the construction of the nature reserve system and carry out a nature reserve background survey.Taking Yuanjiang Nature Reserve as an example,this paper applies the theoretical knowledge of asset valuation,ecological economics and environmental economics,firstly,analyzes the existing ecological compensation practice and the status of theoretical research on ecological asset value assessment,secondly,introduces its relevant theories and assessment methods,analyzes the ecological assets and their value composition of Yuanjiang National Nature Reserve in Yunnan Province,applies asset valuation methods,constructs an ecological asset value assessment system to assess the ecological asset value of Yuanjiang Nature Reserve in 2020,and the results of the study are as follows.The ecological asset value of Yuanjiang Nature Reserve is divided into stock value and flow value,with the stock value including natural resource value and natural product value,and the flow value including ecosystem service value.The value of natural resources is calculated to be 917.7543 million yuan,accounting for45.96% of the total value,and the value of natural products is 49.1372 million yuan;the value of ecosystem services includes 7 indicators totaling 102.996 million yuan,accounting for 51.57% of the total value,including 494.2365 million yuan for biodiversity,399.696 million yuan for water conservation,397.614 million yuan for climate regulation,37.1262 million yuan for environment purification,and 397.614 million yuan for ecological services.397.614 million yuan,purifying environment37.1262 million yuan,soil conservation 37.4307 million yuan,forest nutrient wood fixation 10.983 million yuan,forest recreation 7.88223 million yuan,research and cultural value 4.4543 million yuan,from the results there are still a large number of ecological resources have not been effectively transformed into high-quality ecological products and public services,in the future to strengthen the protection and utilization and ecological assets In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the protection and utilization and targeted development of ecological assets.Finally,in view of the calculation results,we propose countermeasures and application suggestions for preserving and increasing the value of Yuanjiang Nature Reserve,with a view to giving greater value to it in future development and utilization.
