| Ramie fiber is strong,moisture absorption,breathable and with a function of anti-mite and germ resistant,but it has high initial modulus and low breaking extension,so there is many hairiness during spinning and the yarn is hard to knitting.Therefore,improve the properties of the ramie yarn for knitting is an important thesis.Ramie fiber is a kind of thermoplastic fiber,based on the theory of heat setting principle,a new device which is used to control the thermal-moisture was developed on ring spinning frame.To study the influence of thermal-moisture on the elastic deformation of ramie fiber,the time of thermal-moisture was controlled in the experiment.After the experiment,the averageelongation of the yarn has increased from 3.6 to 4.3 percent,the averageinitial modulus has decreased from 86.5 to 61.2 cNper tex,the elastic deformation and softness has also been improved.Testing spinning was carried out on the spinning frame which has been integrated self-made thermal-moisture stereotype device.The averageharmful hairiness of the ramie yarn has been reduced about 15 percent;the breaking strength,the elongation at break and the evenness has also been improved.The length of the thermal stereotypes instrument is one of the key factors that influence the ramie yarn quality.When the length of the thermal stereotypes instrument is 25 millimeter,the averageharmful hairiness was reduced more than 16 percent during the process of trial spinning in the laboratory,during the process of trail spinning in the factory,when the yarn count is 36 meter per gram.The averagehairiness reduced more than 16 percent,the averageof elongation at break increase about 3 percent,the breaking strength and the evenness has also been improved.The special stitch structure of the knitted fabric has decided the smaller twist factor of the knitting yarn.Using the thermal-moisture spinning can reduce the twist factor of the yarn within limits.The bursting properties,flexibility and crease resistance of the knitting fabric have been improved. |
