| Cotton yarn is widely used in textile fabrics as the most common natural fiber.However,due to the low strength and low elongation,cotton yarns are difficult to apply in warp knitting.The warp knitting product has such performance characteristics as between weaving and weft knitting.Therefore,cotton warp knitting fabrics have huge room for development.The in-depth study of the warp knitting production problem of cotton yarn is of great significance for enriching cotton fabrics and improving the production efficiency and quality of cotton products.This research mainly focuses on the influence of cotton spinning technology on warp knitting performance,cotton yarn warp knitting pre-processing technology,cotton yarn warp knitting tension research and the design of cotton yarn warp knitted fabric.First of all,in order to realize cotton warp knitting,this section summarized the yarn performance requirements for warp knitting.According to the machine parameters and warp knitting characteristics,the selection of cotton yarn spinning methods and the yarn linear density were determined.By testing the knitting tension of the cotton yarn and comparing the polyester,it was determined that the yarn breaking work is a key factor affecting the knitting of the cotton yarn.The concept of yarn breaking work was introduced for comparative analysis and calculation,and the quantitative requirements for the fracture performance of cotton yarn suitable for warp knitting production were proposed.And based on the results of tension test to further estimate,determined the cotton warp breaking strength range.Secondly,the performance of cotton yarn was improved from the point of view of the pretreatment of cotton yarn,and the performance requirements and pretreatment methods of the pretreatment agent were proposed.The effect of yarn pretreatment on the performance of cotton yarn was studied.The surface morphology of the yarn before and after treatment was observed using the scanning electron microscope.The hairiness and fracture properties of the pretreated cotton yarn were tested and analyzed to determine the influence of the yarn pretreatment on the knitting performance of the cotton yarn.Thirdly,the cotton yarns tension of warp knitting was studied,determined the appropriate evaluation indicators to evaluate the tension fluctuation under different process conditions,and then evaluate the warp knitting conditions to provide reference for more stable warp knitting production and improve product quality.The knitting tension was tested with different speed,warp rate,and organizational structure conditions,we can analyze the weaving tension fluctuations,and discuss the effects of tension on the weaving performance.Finally,the develop ideas of cotton yarn warp knitted fabrics were summarized,and relevant discussions and summarizing laws were carried out for the yarn selection,bar configuration,tissue design,and machine commissioning.This paper analyzes the wrong loop coverage phenomenon that often occurs in warp knitting,explained the confusion of the coverage relationship in theory,and proposed improvement measures.The study of the entire article was described with a specific example. |
