The Research Of The Breast Shape From Female Collegestudentsof 18-25 Years Old In Wuhan And The Establishment Of Bra Prototype Automatically Generate Model

The structure of the bra directly affects the fit and comfort of the bra.China's type of standard is collected and developed 30 years agos.With the improvement of living standards,the body size has undergone some changes.Besides,18-25 years old female college students and other age women have some differences in the chest.Therefore,the female college student bra type of standard research has a direct impact on the crowd's clothing comfort.This subject chooses the 18-25 years old female college students in Wuhan area as the experimental and research object.Then they carried out the human body data measurement and the data were analyzed by mathematical statistics and characteristics.This article has collected date of different body position of 227 femalecollege students in 18-25 years old,and established the data file,then use two kinds of software which are Matlab and SPSS to processing and calculating the data.At first,make preprocess of all the data,delete the abnormal value,after discussing the sample distribution,the fact that this sample obeys normal distribution has been proved,so that the methods which must only been used in normal distribution can be adopted in the study.Next,after obtaining the data of female breast characteristics of the students,according to the existing national standard type of female college students to analyze the classification of chest and obation the female college student chest distribution.Thirdly,SPSS was used to analyze the correlation between the size of the chest detail of female college students,and the correlation and regression equation were obtained.Fourth,according to the regression equation to draw the bra type prototype and come out of the bra type production formula.Finally,base on this,use matlab to establish the automaticallygenerate system of bra prototype.In this period,the curve is taken by the segmentation designto promote the drawing of the curve is more perfect and in line with the human body chest characteristics and finally the fast automatically generate system of bra prototype has been successfully established.Which can provide a cheap and efficient version of the software for small and medium enterprises.
