Research On The Relationship Between The Bra Cup Structure And The Beautiful Chest Shape

Along with society's development and progress,the bra has become women' indispensable clothing in daily life,thus the studies such as design,function have also got more and more attention.Cup is a key part of the bra design,but also reflects the key part of its functionality.The author through research in underwear enterprises and markets,some domestic underwear bra enterprises are difficult to fit the needs of the mass consumer,even more serious problems,such as the cups don't fit the body,these phenomena undoubtedly is that we did not fully understand female's breast form,don't know what kind of shape is appropriate,beautiful,and did not understand the different breast shape is suitable for the different structure of the bra.In order to solve the existing problems of the enterprise and the market,from a new perspective to understand cup structure design in the role of clothing function,proceeding effective positioning and analysis for different cup structure,expanded from cup structure design directly to the thought of wearing effect,can provide certain theoretical basis for the design of related products.This topic selected several typical line design in the design of the cup,constituting a test sample,and then respectively proceeding subjective shape body evaluation and objective beauty body test,building the quantitative relationship between structural design and the shape body effect.In this paper,the research content and the method mainly includes the following six aspects.(1)Based on the related literature both in China and abroad and the investigation in underwear enterprise,the experience and the insufficiency of cup pattern design in underwear enterprise are summarized,to confirm the direction of research and thinking;(2)Through the study of the structure of cotton cup in underwear enterprises and wearing effect evaluation,On the basis of a mature structure design that the more consumers want to buy,8 bra as a test samplewas were designed and made through changing cup line structure;(3)Non-contact three-dimensional human body scanner was used to measure the human body in this research to obtain the breast characteristics date and the SPSS software was used to sort and analysis of the measured date.Analysis the basic morphological characteristics of breast,and from two aspects that the chest morphology and the chest location,eventually the women's chests of C cup are divided into three categories,the high side upright type,the middle type and the low droop type;(4)Through the subjective evaluation experiment,selecte 22 bodies,as the representation of the breast shape beauty,then analyze its morphological characteristics when wearing the 8 bras,it is concluded that nine subjects were in wearing the number 2and 6 bra that the breast shape is beautiful,more in line with the standard of beauty,the second is the tnumber 5 and 8 bra,and analysis the features of the pattern structure;(5)Combined with the standard of breast shape beauty,from analyzing the structural design shape effect and the change of the detail parameterthe for three kinds of thoracic cup type,establish the relations of the bra cup structure change and the overall beauty of chest shape,and also get thetelations of the parameter change of bra cup structure and shape effect;(6)According to the results of the subjective and objective test,from the cup structure design,establishes a comprehensive evaluation system of cup design,and using CATIA software to verify.By the research of this paper,establishing the bra cup design evaluation-system about "design elements-pressure comfortable and adjuststment analysis-customers needs," to lead development on bra cup design and dress comfortable in a systematic way.
