Traditional manufacturing is facing survival,and high R&D and equipment cost make small and medium enterprises difficult to survive.With the rapid development of cloud computing platform and network information,combining manufacturing and the Internet is a kind of development trend.Cloud computing provides a window for the manufacturing industry,thus puts forward the concept of cloud manufacturing.Cloud manufacturing is a way to integrate the manufacturing services to the cloud computing platform,mainly providing design,model,production and processing services,etc.Being at the preliminary stage of development,from the macro definition and research to explore the concept,the existing cloud manufacturing platform is mainly for global service.While there is much more model and design services,connection between production and processing service is insufficient.This paper presents a NC machining platform based on cloud manufacturing,which includes data layer,system layer,function layer and application layer.The task of the cloud system layer is the system construction of Cloud manufacturing platform,the task of data layer is data management of NC machine tools hardware virtualization constructing model,and the tasks of the application layer is intelligent allocation algorithm of service demand.In the system layer,Hadoop distributed system will be used to construct cloud computing network,and a large number of server will be constructed as unified service cloud to ensure the system resource requirements.In the data layer,Hive data warehouse will be adopted to ensure unified management to the data of NC cloud manufacturing platform,using Sqoop and MapReduce to achieve data transfer function.In the application layer the SSH framework of Java will be used to design the visualization application of cloud computing platform and service demand allocation algorithm.Service demand mainly includes the demand of the demand-side and the resources of the suppliers,optimizing the demand configuration of both sides.Thus the intelligent resource allocation algorithm is proposed,which mainly adopts the collaborative filtering algorithm based on Item and the collaborative filtering algorithm based on association rules.Finally,with the construction of cloud manufacturing CNC processing platform,the numerical control processing demand of the small and medium enterprises will be satisfied.At the same time,production efficiency,resources allocation optimization and operation profit of the manufacturing industry will also be promoted.In this paper,the research on the numerical control processing cloud manufacturing platform will play a motivational role in the development of cloud manufacturing,and perfect the cloud manufacturing services in the field of NC machining.
