Study On Control Method And Standard Of Judge The Level Of Risk Chemical Enterprise Valve By Special Management

Valve is an important part of the normal production and operation in the chemical enterprises,is also the guarantee of operation safety of a lot of chemical equipments.In this paper,the normally open or close the valve the chemical industry are as the research object,three main subjects are researched that include the identification method,the level of risk of the special management valve for valve malfunction and different levels of risk management system.The research results are useful for important theoretical significance and application value to the risk management of chemical enterprises valve.In the safty operation of chemical enterprise,identifying the hand valve is the primary problem of risk management.In view of the accidents,that are caused by the misoperation of valve,think that the causes of the accident are divided into three aspects: the valve design,the loopholes in management and the operating personnel in violation.Through the research of three chemical companies,kowning of the current management situation of valve.Finally,the paper establish the valve identification procedure combined with the HAZOP analysis method.Relative to the defect of traditional risk matrix method,the combination of the AHP method and risk matrix for risk estimation is employed in this dissertation.Using the AHP to establish the risk index system of valve malfunction.According to the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the comprehensive weight of index and combining with expert scoring method to determine the probability of valve misoperation.According the influence on the safe operation of the system caused by valve misoperation to determine the serious degree According the risk matrix of valve misoperation to determine management level of the special management valve.Finally the case verifies the feasibility of this method.In this paper,according to the characteristics of special management valve and the risk level of valve risk,we put forword the classification management of special management valve.It is to standardize management and maintenance of the special valves and through the security identity,sealing and locking measures,improve staff safety awareness to help the operator to prevent the harm that caused by the misoperation of valve.
