Research On Urbanization And Eco-environment Coordinated Development In Qingdao

With the rising economic level and overall national strength,China’s urbanization process is accelerating since the reform and opening up.Rapid urbanization has brought many benefits to the people,while resulting in many problems such as ?urban disease‘,haze and acid rain,which have seriously hampered the normal life of people and further development of urbanization.It‘s an important period of strategic opportunities for China’s social and economic development when the contradiction between the social and eco-environment is particularly prominent.Therefore,it is very important for the health and sustainable development of urbanization to discuss the coordinated development between urbanization and eco-environment,optimize the quality of urbanization,and at the same time to prevent and treat the environmental problems caused by the urbanization process from the root.Through collecting and consulting a large number of relevant documents,the paper studies the basic theory of development of urbanization and eco-environment,fuzzy matter element theory and gray prediction theory.And it sums up the key points from the basic concept,development course,research status,theoretical principle and other aspects.These set the stage for the further research.On the basis of the above theories,the characteristics of the urbanization and the eco-environment are recognized in the process of urbanization through the qualitative analysis about the present situation of urbanization and eco-environment in Qingdao,which provide the starting point and the foothold for subsequent quantitative research.By using the methods of literature and expert consultation,the paper establishes an index system of urbanization and eco-environment coordinated development,and carries on the quantitative calculation and analysis for eco-environment coordinated development of Qingdao using the fuzzy matter-element theory,entropy weight method and grey prediction method from the horizontal and vertical aspects.Through this way,the urbanization and eco-environment coordinated development degree and the changing rule of the environmental quality with the development of urbanization are revealed.On the vertical aspect,this paper analyzes the comprehensive development level of urbanization and eco-environment,the changes and reasons of the urbanization and eco-environment coordinated development degree through calculation of the degree from 2005 to 2013 and the predicted value from 2014 to 2018 of urbanization and eco-environment coordinated development in Qingdao.On the horizontal aspect,the reasons that restricted the urbanization and eco-environment coordinated development are explored by comparison with other cities including 16 cities in Shandong province,4 municipalities directly under the central government and 6 deputy provincial cities.In order to further promote urbanization and eco-environment coordinated development,measures and suggestions on urbanization and eco-environment coordinated development of Qingdao are put forward from six aspects.
