| The coordinated development of new urbanization and ecological environment is an inevitable requirement of taking the road of urbanization with Chinese characteristics,and in the context of the new era,paying attention to the rational allocation of resources and environmental protection while promoting the new urbanization with people at its core is the basic content of the coordinated development of new urbanization and ecological environment.According to the consistent conclusion of existing studies,the overall development of new urbanization and ecological environment in China gradually tends to be coordinated.However,the unbalanced and insufficient development of new urbanization and ecological environment is still prominent in different regions due to the macroeconomic situation,regional industrial structure,ecological environment and other factors.Due to the specificity of the coordinated development of new urbanization and ecological environment in each region,the exploration of the coordinated development path must be tailored to local conditions.Therefore,this thesis takes Shandong province as the research object and obtains the influencing factors affecting the level of coordinated development of new urbanization and ecological environment through empirical analysis,and then draws policy recommendations.Firstly,based on the connotation of the concepts of new urbanization and ecological environment described by many scholars,an innovative index system for evaluating new urbanization and ecological environment in Shandong Province is established,and the comprehensive development level of new urbanization and ecological environment in 16 prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province from 2006 to 2020 is measured by the entropy value method.The measurement shows that the comprehensive development level of new urbanization and ecological environment in Shandong province as a whole,the three major economic circles of Shandong province,and each prefecture-level city in Shandong province from 2006 to 2020 shows a slowly fluctuating upward trend.Specifically,the Jiaodong Economic Circle has the highest level of new urbanization and ecological environment development,followed by the Provincial Capital Economic Circle,and the Lunan Economic Circle is relatively low,with significant differences among cities.The coupling coordination degree model was also used to measure the coupling coordination degree of new urbanization and ecological environment in Shandong province as a whole,the three major economic circles of Shandong province,and each prefecture-level city in Shandong province from 2006 to 2020.The results show that the coupling coordination degree of new urbanization and ecological environment in Shandong province from 2006 to 2020 increases year by year,but the coupling coordination degree is low.Secondly,taking the coupling coordination degree of new urbanization and ecological environment in Shandong Province from 2006 to 2020 as the research object,there is a positive spatial correlation between the coupling coordination degree of new urbanization and ecological environment in each prefecture-level city in Shandong Province and this correlation is getting stronger.Finally,based on the results of the empirical analysis,policy suggestions for promoting high-quality economic development are further proposed.Improve industrial support capacity by adjusting industrial structure,improve the system related to ecological mechanism,improve facility construction using government functions,and optimize the layout to protect resources and environment. |
