The Study On Coordinated Development Between Urbanization And Eco-environment In Changchun City

City is the focus of Man-land relationship. Urbanization is the sign of the human civilization and progress, the ecological environment is the basis for urban development. With increasingly rapid development of urbanization, the extensive rapid urbanization have destroyed the surrounding ecological environment and posed the potential danger and become constrained factors of social and urban development, endangering the sustainable development of urbanization. Therefore,preventing the new problems of the urbanization process at the bottom , protecting and improving the ecological environment,discussing the relationship between the Urbanization and the ecological environment interaction, achieving coordinated development between the Urbanization and the ecological environment,therefore, achieving sustainable development of the city.This paper not only combines the normal research with empirical reseaech but alao combines the method of qualitative-quantitative, applying the human-earth system theory, Sustainable development theory, dissipative structural theory ,cooperation theory,and other relevant theories, taking Changchun for example, adter constructing evaluation system of the coordinated development between Urbanization and eco-environment evaluation system , analysing the level of coordinated development between Urbanization and eco-environment and proposing the measures Papers contains four main parts:In the first part,after illusteating the related concepts and ,basic theories,the paper demonstrates the interrelation between urbanization and eco-environment.In the second part,it analyses qualitatively Changchun's condition between urbanization and ecological environment,then pointed out some problems which existed in urbanization and the ecological environment.In the third part, it firstly constructs the evaluation system of the coordinated development level between urbanization and the ecological environment.Then,the author grasps the level and the trend of the coordinated development between urbanization and the ecological environment through horizontal and vertical comparison.In the fourth part,the paper proposes some measures to promote the coordinated development between urbanization and eco-environment,such as,following the new industrialization path, strengthening the ecology construction ,the environmental protection, and raising the government management level and so on.
