Application Of The Vulnerability Analysis In The Security Assessment Of Tank Yard

Influenced by the tension international environment,the security assessment study still remains a hot field.At present,security assessment of tank yard is just in an exploring stage which relay on security experts' experience,and it is hard to apply on the practical analyses.Therefore,a multiple assessment approach was adopted to evaluation the tank yard public security risk comprehensively,which included vulnerability qualitative analysis theory and entropy quantitative theory.Base on the vulnerability theory system and quantitative model,a security risk comprehensive assessment approach was conducted,and Xinjiang's Dushanzi oil tank was selected to apply this method.In this paper,the first step was to analyze the recent years security accident.The result showed that compared with the general accident,the probability and the consequence has special character.Thus,a new view was put forward to evaluate security accident whose probability was extremely unstable and consequence was extremely serious.Thus,vulnerability assessment model was introduced to assess security accident.Base on the vulnerability theory study,the vulnerability influence factor was tried to analyze in this paper.The result showed that the public security was influenced by the external disturbance and the vulnerability factor.A series entropy formulas was studied and derivation,and set a quantitative risk formulas.Meanwhile a model was proposed to assess the public security risk and the tank yard vulnerability risk.Practical applications of an oil tank yard security accident in Xinjiang province was also discussed in this paper based on the security vulnerability approach and actual quantitative calculate to assess the security level and forecast the accident trend and risk degree.Therefore,this paper laid a theoretical basis based on the vulnerability theory and the security assessment quantitative model,and provided a new view in the public security field study.
