| Basic Oxygen Furnace (BOF) steelmaking technology automatically contains three key factors in controlling methods:accurate model, accurate data collection and key handicraft equipment’s auto-control. The main task of this paper is via deep research of steelmaking producing system, in order to improve destination hit rate, metal collecting rate, lower production costs, adopts advanced automata technique for achieving real-time control on process parameters, real-time supervise on technique flow and real-time control of process parameters.Based on the example of the second steelmaking plant 210t converter system of Xinyu Steel Plant (Xinsteel), this paper conducts a study about its automatic control of steel-making technology. Firstly, it expounds the development status, equipment and processes of converter steelmaking, analyzes the various steelmaking automatic control methods home and aboard, points out the current problems of steelmaking technology, and combining the reality of domestic and foreign steelmaking, it gives the development trend of automatic steelmaking technology. Then, it conducts an in-depth analysis on the 210t converter steelmaking automatic control system of Xinsteel, and establishes a segmented control strategy through the combination of the static process control and the sub-lance-detection-information-based dynamic process control, as well as the analysis on sub-lance equipment, static and dynamic models and data analyzing system. The successful application of this system in Xinsteel further verifies the maturity of the domestic converter automatic control system, and its gradual entering into the international advanced level.Through the in-depth study of Xinsteel’s converter steelmaking automatic control system, this paper lies a solid foundation for the further improvement of Xinsteel’s converter steelmaking technology, which has far-reaching significance for the future development of Xinsteel. |
