In order to evaluate the change of ecosystem service values driven by the Grain for Green Program(GGP)in the Xiannangou watershed,the study was based on the land use change,a carbon sink value,a water holding value,a soil conservation value and a biodiversity conservation value were estimated by employing the methods of carbon price,shadow project,market price,opportunity cost and Meta-Analysis during the period 2000,2003 and 2013 in the Xiannangou watershed.The change of ecosystem service values which were driven by natural factors and social economic factors were analyzed further,the relationship between ecosystem service values and the farmers' income was also analyzed.Results showed that,(1)The land use change were presented as below during the period from 2000 to 2013 in the Xiannangou watershed,which tends were the farmland significantly reduced,the woodland significantly increased and the grassland slight fluctuations,the orchard firstly increased with the cultivated land returning into orchard in the early period of the GGP,then slightly reduction,other land gradually reduced.the woodland and grassland were increased 1403 hectare,6 hectare,respectively.Almost the same land use type flow were presented during the period of 2000-2003 and 2003-2013,which that the cultivated land was returned to the woodland and grassland,parts of grassland was also returned to woodland in the Xiannangou watershed.(2)The ecosystem service values increased 105.7687 million yuan during the period of 2000-2013,and increased 8.3926 million yuan in 2000-2003,97.3161 million yuan in 2003-2013,respectively.The ecosystem service values were 12.4492 million yuan,20.8418 million yuan and 118.1579 million yuan in the Xiannangou watershed in 2000,2003,2013,respectively.and the soil conservation values were the most obvious in three years.The ecosystem service values of per hectare were 2822 yuan,4725 yuan,26787 yuan during the study period,respectively.(3)The result driven by the social economic factors showed that,the ecosystem service values were positively correlated with the population density,the number of migrant workers,the Grain for Green area per capita,and per capita income;and the ecosystem service values of the watershed were negatively correlated with the cultivated land per capita and labor in the Xiannangou watershed.(4)The ecosystem service values was positive correlation with the farmers' income in the Xiannangou watershed in 2013,and the ecological benefits of the Grain for Green was worth more than three times as much as the farmers' income.As the compensation of the Grain for Green Program(GGP)in the Xiannangou watershed,the carbon sink value could relieve the the contradiction between farmers' income and the ecological environment protection,the compensation could promote the coordinated development between human and nature,the research results can provide policy basis for the related decision makers.
