The purpose of this paper is to carry out on-line cleaning test of a single slender heat exchange pipeline under high viscous crude oil environment by using a self-developed on-line cleaning test rig.The on-line descaling method is used to solve the serious engineering problem of scaling on the inner wall of heat exchanger pipeline in high viscous crude oil environment.Based on the above research purposes,the research of this paper is mainly divided into three parts: the first part,the overall design of the test-bed,the design and analysis of key dynamic seal structure and the performance analysis of hydraulic system;the second part,the processing,assembly and debugging of the test-bed;the third part,the functional test and performance test of the test-bed,and verify online cleaning according to the test results.Feasibility of pollution scheme and reliability of test bed.The detailed research process is as follows.Firstly,the function of on-line cleaning test-bed is analyzed,and the main design parameters of the test-bed are determined.On this basis,the overall design scheme of the test-bed is put forward,and the main components of the test-bed are designed and studied in detail.The three-dimensional model and simulation model of the test-bed are established.The rationality of the structure design of the test-bed is verified by computer-aided design technology,which lays a foundation for the follow-up research work.Secondly,in the process of designing the test bed,the reciprocating dynamic seal of the key parts of the test bed is deeply studied.Sealing scheme analysis and seal structure design are carried out.Finally,theoretical research on seal scheme is carried out based on hydrodynamics theory,which provides a basis for the analysis of sealing and leakage performance of follow-up test bench.Thirdly,based on the detailed design of the test-bed,the performance of the hydraulic system of the test-bed is analyzed by using ANSYS and AMESI analysis software,including the pressure-flow characteristic analysis of the hydraulic system and the sealing and leakage characteristic analysis of the hydraulic system based on the coupling of stress field and temperature field.The performance analysis is used to measure whether the performance parameters of the test-bed meet the design requirements,so as to provide reference for the subsequent construction of a good performance test-bed.Fourthly,on the basis of completing the design and performance simulation analysis of the test-bed,an on-line cleaning test-bed is built,including the processing of the main parts of the test-bed,the assembly and debugging of the test-bed.All the problems in the process of building the test-bed are solved one by one.Finally,using the self-designed test-bed,the function and performance of the test-bed are tested under given working conditions to verify the feasibility of the online cleaning scheme and the reliability of the online cleaning test-bed.The function and performance of the test-bed are evaluated according to the test results.In view of the existing problems in the process of the experiment,the improvement scheme is put forward,which can provide reference for the follow-up researchers who are engaged in this direction.
