Water environment is an important component of the natural environment,for human beings is also the basic guarantee of survival and development.Water environment is a complex,it is good or bad,is directly related with the survival,life,production and development of the people.For water environment protection and utilization,therefore,will need to be based on the measured data and scientific evaluation criteria,select the appropriate evaluation method for water environmental quality objective and accurate analysis,understand the contaminated degree of water environment,so as to determine the category of the water quality.Based on the analysis comparison of the water environment quality evaluation methods both at home and abroad,on the basis of the weight value and fuzzy operator after the study and analysis of these two aspects proposed an improved method of quantificating and discussed emphatically the method in the heihe river section of the application of water environmental quality assessment,get the following conclusion:(1)When determining weights,this paper USES the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and entropy weight method combined empowerment approach,considering both the effects of pollution indicators,biggest and considering the interaction between the various evaluation index,makes the final weight can more objectively and accurately reflects the role of each evaluation index in the study area.(2)Based on the principle of multiplication addition operator and weighted average of the membership matrix weighting matrix and fuzzy evaluation,and using MATLAB software to matrix and consistency check,reduce the amount of calculation of complete retains all data and information at the same time,make the method more feasible.(3)Understand the basic situation of the heihe river basin water resources,according to a January 2015-December 2015 to heihe river six sections of different period of specific monitoring data,determine the evaluation index,and improved quantificating method was applied to 2015 of the heihe river water environmental quality assessment.Evaluation results show thatthe water quality of the heihe river six section can achieve ? evaluation grades class water standard.(4)The quantificating improved method of the evaluation results and the watershed in the same year,comparing with the results using the single factor index method of evaluation,found that both is different on the evaluation results,and the improved method of quantificating evaluation results of single factor index method is obviously better than the evaluation result,the starting point of this is due to the evaluation method and evaluation principle is different.Single factor index evaluation method is only considered the most polluted index for the study of the impact of the regional water quality evaluation result,and this often causes the study area of water quality in low level,while the easy cause human attention to the protection of water resources,however,is too pessimistic water environmental quality assessment results of scientific and reasonable allocation of water resources.So in the evaluation of water quality,because of the different evaluation methods,evaluation results will follow change,should be comprehensive a variety of methods for water quality assessment,the results of the analysis,find out the suitable evaluation methods.
