The coal industry is a high-risk industry,frequent coal mine accidents have brought huge losses to the country and the people.The key to the sustainable development of coal mines is to ensure the safe production of coal mines,and the top priority is to discover and identify potential safety risks in advance.Based on the establishment of the evaluation index system of coal mine safety production,this paper constructs the risk evaluation model of coal mine safety production,so as to predict the potential risks existing in coal mine production,judge the risk situation of coal mine in advance and alarm in time.At the same time,according to the early warning results,preventive measures should be taken in advance to control and reduce the occurrence of coal mine accidents.First,for the problems that the indicators of the current coal mine safety production evaluation index system are not perfect and can not be widely used.In this paper,by consulting typical cases and related literature,takes "human,machine,environment and management" as the theoretical basis,and interviews with the front-line experts of coal mine After the field investigation of some coal mines,the risk assessment index system affecting the safety production of coal mines is constructed,which includes 12 categories,including gas risk index,fire risk index,water hazard risk index,coal dust risk index,roof risk index,personnel proportion,underground personnel supervision,safety management,compliance index of coal mine law enforcement and supervision,system construction,equipment service life and automatic control function And further refined into 50 secondary indicators.Secondly,because there are many problems that the weight distribution is not objective and accurate when the risk assessment of coal mine safety production is combined and weighted,this paper uses entropy weight method and variation coefficient method to calculate the objective weight of each index,and then uses the combination early warning evaluation model of maximum deviation to make the combination result of the two weightingmethods best,and uses the traditional average weighting method to integrate the weight with it contrast,and the Spearman rank is used Correlation coefficient method is used to test the compatibility,and grey correlation analysis is used to analyze the main factors affecting the safety of coal mines.Finally,taking six coal mines under Shanxi Coking Coal Group as an example,the quantitative value of risk grade {0.65,0.62,0.60,0.32,0.63,0.55} and the compatibility degree of 0.8632 are obtained by using the risk assessment model of coal mine safety production,while the compatibility degree of the combined weight value of the traditional average weighting method is 0.6543,among which the environmental factor and equipment factor are the main factors affecting the coal mine safety Prime.The experimental results show that the model fully integrates the weight information of indicators,avoids the mistakes of subjective distribution method and average distribution method that ignore the actual significance of indicator data,and verifies the reliability and effectiveness of the model. |
