With the increasing of industrial development and population increasing, the water environment pollution problem is increasingly serious.The water environment problem has become the factors that affect our country's economic and social development.Dayan River is one of the important rivers, Qingyuan, Guangdong province.Through the water quality evaluation, pollution load and flux into the river of Dayan River, is beneficial to researchers to realizeDayan River water quality and the contribution of each pollution source, and provide certain scientific basis for protecting and managingDayan River.The main contents and conclusions of the research are as follows:(1)Collecting the Dayan River water quality data of 6 sectionand then determining the evaluation index.This study use a new fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model a combination of empowerment fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is created, based on fuzzy math, which improving the accuracy and scientific of evaluation results.The evaluation results indicate:a.When the weight assignment, the combination of the two methods of combination weight assignment method combined with the advantages of both, balancing the two shortcomings, the weight value is more accurate and scientific.The improved FCEM could overcome a lot of disadvantages,in which the multiplication addition operator is applied to blurring operation,the weighted average principle is using to comprehensive evaluation.lt makes the result more reasonable,b.Through the analysis of the results of the evaluation,six sections each quarter most of the water quality for IV class and V class from 2011 to 2015, Dayan River overall pollution is serious, which main pollutants are ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, fecal coliform, dissolved oxygen, and total phosphorus.Throughanalyzing the pollution trend from 2011 to 2015 of Dayan River,the water is gradually deteriorating.Compared each section, the Dapaikeng and the two section of Longtang River are the most polluted section.(2)Collecting the Dayan River basin correlation data of 2014 and 2015,calculating the pollution load of industrial pollution, living pollution, livestock and aquaculture pollution, surface runoff pollution, pollution load of urban runoff pollution,and the analysis results show that living pollution and livestock pollution have larger contribution in 2014 and 2015.In 2015,the life pollution has more to reduce compared with 2014,but other pollution increased.(3) Additional monitoring three days flow and water quality date of Day an River and calculating the flux of each main section and tributary section.Through calculation and analysis,the major influence factor of main stream COD flux is flow and main ammonia nitrogen flux is concentration.(4) Putting forward the measures to prevent and control Dayan River pollution.
