Coumarins,pyrazolones and dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles are widespread in natural world,and they have wide range of biological activities,including antineoplastic,antiphlogosis,anti-fungal and antihypertensive activities.In order to synthesize more biologically active pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole compounds,we investigated the one-pot synthetic method of coumarin-containing pyrano[2,3-c] pyrazole compounds.Multi-component reaction?MCRs?has the characteristics of less complicated operation,few separation and purification steps,high atomic economy and environment-friendly,and has been widely used in the design and synthesis of new drugs,combinatorial chemistry,pesticide research and natural product synthesis.This paper is divided into the following four chapters:The first chapter is the literature review section,introduces the research states of coumarins,pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles,pyrazolones and one pot multi-component reaction,and research objectives and significance of this article.In the second chapter,we introduce the synthesis of 3-methyl-1-aryl-4-??arylamino?methylene?-1H-pyrazole-5?4H?-one derivatives in the presence of CH3COONH4.4-?dimethylamino?methylene)-3-methyl-1-aryl-1H-pyrazole-5?4H?-one intermediates and cyclic compound containing an amino group as a raw material,using acetic acid as solvent,CH3COONH4 as catalyst,a series of 3-methyl-1-phenyl-4-?methylene?-1H-pyrazole-5?4H?-one derivatives were synthesized.In the third chapter,we introduce the research on the one-pot synthesis of multi substituted pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole derivatives under ultrasound irradiation.We use 4-carboxy phenylhydrazine,?-keto esters,aromatic aldehydes and malononitrile as raw materials,DIPEA as catalyst and ethanol as solvent,synthesized several multi-substituted pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole derivatives under ultrasound irradiation.In the fourth chapter,we introduce the method of multi-component one pot synthesis of coumarin containing pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles under the catalysis of Lproline.The coumarin containing 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds,hydrazine,substituted benzaldehyde and malononitrile as raw materials,using ethanol as solvent,a series of coumarin containing pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles were synthesized via four-component reaction catalyzed by L-proline under ultrasound irradiation.
