The indolizines and nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds are a major branch of organic compounds. They have a variety of highly potent pharmacological activities due to their special structure. The participation of such compounds is required in various fields such as agriculture, medicine, and industry. Therefore,it is very necessary for their research and synthesis.Cyclopropane structural fragments are widely present in a variety of natural compounds, and derivatives containing cyclopropane structural units are widely used in medicine.Due to the special configuration of cyclopropane,it has important application value in various fields. In addition, they are also a common synthetic intermediate for the synthesis of various organic compounds. Therefore, the synthesis of cyclopropane has been a hot spot in the field of chemistry. In organic synthesis, the multi-component one-pot reaction has developed rapidly, and has attracted much attention due to its low cost, high atomic economy, and simple post-treatment.In view of the potential biological activity of the above compounds and the advantages of the multi-component one-pot reaction,it is of great practical significance to use a multi-component one-pot reaction to synthesize the above compound compounds. The first chapter introduces the research review of multi-component reactions and the latest research progress of those reactions. At the same time, the overview and research progress of the indolizine compounds, the summary of cyclopropane compounds and the research progress of pyrazole compounds are also summarized. The second chapter introduces N,N-dimethylformamide as solvent, pyridine or quinoline,2-bromo aromatic ketone/ester,maleimide as the starting material through a three-component one-pot method.A series of biologically active midazoazinoid derivatives were synthesized under oxidized tert-butyl hydroperoxide.Through the study of this method,we obtained a medium to excellent yield of the target product of the indolizine. The obtained target compound is characterized by hydrogen spectrum, carbon spectrum, and high resolution mass spectrometry to further determine the product structure. After determining the structure of the target compound,we provided a possible reaction mechanism for the reaction. The third chapter introduces a series of multi-component one-pot reaction with acetonitrile as solvent and instain or acenaphthequinone and 2-bromo(chloro)acetophenone as the starting materials.Substituted spirocyclopropane derivatives.By this method,15 spirocyclopropane derivatives were synthesized, and the compound yield up to 62-88%.The target products obtained were all characterized by hydrogen, carbon, infrared and high resolution mass spectrometry. At the same time,in order to further prove the accuracy of the structure of the compounds,we carried out single crystal culture of the products 4c and 4h,and determined the final structure of the compound by X-single crystal diffraction. After determining the structure of the target compound,we provide a possible reaction mechanism for the reaction. The fourth chapter introduces the method of ethanol as solvent and the synthesis of pyrazolone, aromatic aldehyde and methyl/phenylsulfonylacetonitrile as the starting materials by three-component one-pot reactions.Pyrazole compounds of sulfone groups.By this method,we synthesized final products of moderate to excellent yield. The obtained target compounds are characterized by hydrogen spectrum, carbon spectrum, and high resolution mass spectrometry to further determine the product structure. After determining the structure of the target compound,we provide a possible reaction mechanism for the reaction.
