Because of its superior performance,polyester/spandex blended fabric is very popular with consumers.Due to the special molecular structure of spandex,disperse dyes will stain it during the dyeing process,so that fabric washing fastness will be decreased and affect the quality of the products.The experimental shows that the dyeing process of disperse dyes on spandex staining is inevitable.Therefore,it's necessary to develop a new type of anti-staining agent to enhance the cleaning strength in reduction cleaning process,to improve the anti-staining of disperse dyes on spandex,and make the plant efficient to save energy.This paper used nonionic surfactants and efficient reduction cleaning agent SPN to produce anti-staining agents,so as to improve the anti-staining of spandex.First of all,this paper selected nine different types of disperse dyes with different structures,selected three suitable for spandex dyeing of disperse dyes.The experiment used dyeing K/S value of polyester and spandex and the absorbance of reducing cleaning residue for the test index.Results showed that the low-temperature type disperse dyes are better than the high-temperature,but the staining is more serious;so chosen three different structure suitable disperse dyes for dyeing of spandex,they are disperse red 3B(anthraquinone),disperse orange GR3(azo)and disperse yellow 79(heterocyclic).Secondly,this paper explored the interaction between additives and dyes and fibers.The experiments used staining K/S value of polyester and spandex and the absorbance of dyeing liquor for the test index.The results showed that there are certain complexation between the reduction cleaning agent SPN and disperse dyes;low temperature dyeing of polyester carrier has a plasticizing effect on polyester and spandex,it can improve the dyeing and leveling effect,but can not improve the anti-staining of spandex.Thirdly,according to the structure of disperse dyes of different combination of three kinds of anti-staining agent,the paper chosen from five kinds of nonionic surfactants(AEO-9,Isomeric ten alcohol polyoxyethylene ether seven,Polyvinylpyrrolidone,Isopropanol and JFC)for experimental as auxiliary additives.The polyester and spandex staining K/S value are tested,threekinds of additives were AEO-9 and Isopropanol(1:2.5),Isomeric ten alcohol polyoxyethylene ether seven and Isopropanol(1:2),Isomeric ten alcohol polyoxyethylene ether seven and Polyvinylpyrrolidone(1:1.5);the paper used the three kinds of auxiliary additives and reduction cleaning agent SPN to prepared three kinds of anti-staining agent,they are anti-staining agent A(1:2.5),anti-staining agent B(1:3)and anti-staining agent C(1:2).They are used to disperse red3 B,disperse orange GR3 and disperse yellow 79;also tested several properties of three kinds of anti-staining,the results showed that the dispersion is good,so as to the resistance to hard water and alkali,the foaming ability is poor.Then,the paper explored the best reduction cleaning process of three kinds of anti-staining agent.The reduction clearing process was after different dyeing concentration which was 2.0percent(o.w.f)and 4.0 percent(o.w.f).The color K/S value of polyester and spandex was for the test index.The results showed that the concentration of three kinds of anti-staining agent is the biggest influence on the reduction of cleaning results,the second biggest influence on disperse red3 B and disperse orange GR3 is the reduction cleaning solution pH value,the smaller effect is temperature and time;for disperse yellow 79,reduction cleaning temperature is the greater impact,pH value and time is less affected.Finally,the paper used three kinds of anti-staining agent,agent SPN and soaping agent KG-815 apply to the corresponding structure of disperse dye reduction cleaning process.It turned out that the effect of compound detergent was much better than the others,the washing fastness of polyester/spandex blended fabric has increased 0.5-1 level,and saved 1 cleaning water which achieved the purpose of saving water and energy.
