With the ink in the industry in the application of expanding,especially in today's rapid development of flexible electronics manufacturing,ink industry also showed rapid development trend.In order to reduce the impact of ink on human health and the environment,and in response to the world's manufacturing industry,"green revolution" requirements,ink in the water-based ink more and more people are concerned about,and water-based ink in the classic link waterborne polyurethane because of its safety Environmental protection advantages and excellent performance,in many resin link material stand out,this paper for the water-soluble polyurethane resin in the ink in the main problems,such as poor corrosion resistance,poor coating gloss,low bonding performance problems,The resin was modified by epoxy resin,acrylic acid and inorganic clay,and the effect of modification was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy.Based on the optimization of the preparation process of the aqueous polyurethane,the epoxy resin monomer and the polyacrylic resin monomer were used as the modified active monomer,and the acrylic acid ester / epoxy resin / waterborne polyurethane terpolymer was formed by copolymerization.Ester and epoxy resin molecular chain,to make up for the shortcomings of waterborne polyurethane,the preparation of excellent performance of water-based polyurethane composite resin.Then,the molecular chain structure,microstructure,thermal properties and mechanical properties of the composites were analyzed,and the synthetic formula and preparation process of the composite resin were optimized to obtain the terpolymer with better performance.In this research,the preparation and modification process of the new ink binder resin were studied.Firstly,the epoxy resin was successfully introduced into the aqueous polyurethane chain by the ratio and the synthesis process of the epoxy resin.Secondly,by means of infrared spectroscopy and hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance The results show that the storage period of the composite emulsion sample is at least 6 months.Finally,the acid-treated clay is mixed with the composite binder resin to prepare the micro-nano Inorganic / organic composite materials,making the composite resin solid content and water resistance are significantly improved,swelling rate decreased.
