| The purpose of this paper is to prepare a kind of adhesive, which could be used in the manufacture of energy-saving new laminated glass. Therefore, UV-curable adhesive was choses as the research direction.This paper start from the epoxy acrylates adhesive. Firstly, epoxy E-51 resin was modified by polyethylene glycol (PEG) 600, then the product was reacted with acrylic acid to prepare prepolymer of epoxy acrylate resin. The suitable preparation conditions was confirmed by experimental analysis:modification temperature was 90 ℃, the start of the esterification reaction temperature was 95 ℃, when closed to the end of the reaction, raise the temperature to 100 ℃, the molar ratio of polyethylene glycol 600 and epoxy resin was 0.20:1, the molar ratio of the rest of the epoxy group in the first step and acrylic acid was 1:1.03, tetraethyl ammonium bromide was chosen as catalyst and the dosage was 1.5wt%, methoxyphenol was chosen as inhibitor and the dosage was 0.06%, the reaction time was 3 hours. After reaction, the viscosity of prepolymer was greatly reduced from 976 mPa·s to 280 mPa-s, the tensile strength and elongation at break was enhanced. After contrast of FT-IR spectra, the disappearing of epoxy groups and appearing hydroxyl groups demonstrated the success of modification.In this paper, polyurethane acrylate was synthesized from isophorone diisocyanate, polyethylene glycol and hydroxyethyl acrylate, synthesis condition and the effect factors of polyurethane acrylate (PUA) were studied, the experimental analysis showed that the molar ratio of isophorone diisocyanate to polyethylene glycol was 0.20:1, the reaction temperature was 50 55 ℃, the reaction time was 2.5 hours; the molar ratio of the product of the first step reaction to hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) was 0.95:1, the reaction temperature was 65~70 ℃, the reaction time was 4 hours. Dibutyltin dilaurate was chosen as catalyst in the second step reaction and the dosage was 0.1 wt% in the total mass of reactants. BHT was chosen as inhibitor and the dosage was 0.12wt% of the total mass of reactants.Epoxy acrylate/polyurethane acrylate resin UV-curing adhesive was prepared through blending the modified epoxy acrylate polymer and polyurethane acrylate polymer, and then adding photoinitiator, reactive diluents and other auxiliaries. The content and kind of prepolymer photinitiator, diluents and other auxilianes were discussed, and obtained a formula with nice comprehensive performance.The results show that the UV-curing adhesive has excellent properties when the content of epoxy acrylic resin respectively ranged from 50wt% to 60wt% in the polymers, reactive diluents from 30wt% to 40wt%, photoinitiator from 3wt% to 5wt%, satisfy the requirements of the new laminated glass. |
